Sometimes, even when I see something I don't see it.
Boo, Director of Floof, loves playing with sock 'puppets'. She has four paws, so could do it herself, but generally needs human help. Consequently there are often random socks around. (TBH I gave up matching socks about 10 years ago so it's not an issue as far as that is concerned).
There has been a random sock on the lounge floor for about three weeks. I know it's there. I've seen it. It's been vacuumed round. But that knowledge doesn't translate into action.
Sometimes I see it and think about moving it and then I distracted.
Sometimes I see it and don't acknowledge it.
Sometimes I see it and pick it up.
It's very exciting not to know what my brain will do!
